SINGAPORE VISA FOR INDIANS

Singapore Tourist visa for Indian passport holders :

This visa can be used to enter Singapore for Tourism purpose ( Sightseeing , visiting family / Friends ) .

Visa Validity : 60 days / 1 years ( Visa validity is provided as per sole decision of Singapore Immigration and as per travel history of the applicant ) .

Duration of Stay : 30 days maximum each entries .

Documents required for Singapore Tourist visa application for Indian passport holders : 

• Copy of  passport with minimum validity of  6 months.
• Copy of Old passport if with Singapore previous travel history .
• Studio copy of  photo – Specification 35 mm X 50 mm, 80% face focussed with both the ears visible, no wearing spectacles , no border, taken within 06 months, white back ground .
• Application Form – Form 14A : One Visa application form to be filled in completely and duly signed by the applicant.  For Applicants under 18 years of age- Please take any one Parent’s signature on application form, page no. 03.
• Copy of Covering Letter: Covering letter from applicant mentioning Applicant’s name, Passport details, Residence address, Date of travel, Duration of stay and details of expenses to be borne during their visit.

If applying visas at Mumbai Consulate, the Covering letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, The Consulate General of Singapore, Mumbai.
If applying visa at Chennai Consulate, the Covering letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, The Consulate General of Singapore, Chennai.

• Confirm Airline Ticket ( Onwards and Return ) ( If booked already ) .
• Hotel Confirmation Voucher/sponsorship letter with passport copies and invitation letter from sponsor ( If booked already ).
•  Downloaded Pdf copy of Original Bank Statement : Downloaded bank statement downloaded through net banking   – Minimum closing balance Rs.40000/- per person.
• Copy of NOC or HR Letter or 3 months PAYSLIP : Leave letter from Company mentioning Applicant’s name, Passport details, date of travel and purpose of visit .
• Occupation proof ( if Business – GST certificate with current bank account statement of past 3 months . If  Working as employee – salary slip of past 3 months with bank statement of past 3 months.
• If Child : School NOC ( No Objection certificate / School Id .
• If Passport issued in other than South Indian States , Address proof required – Rental agreement OR letter from Company confirming the address in South India .
• Applicant Mobile number.
• Applicant’s Email id .

PROCESS DURATION : 2 – 5 WORKING DAYS but some applications may take longer to process. 

Singapore Tourist Visa fees for Indian passport holders : Rs.4000/- per applicant ( inclusive of visa fees ,Documentation support Service charges )

Singapore Business visa for Indian passport holders :

This visa can be used to enter Singapore for Business purpose ( business meetings , conference etc ) .

Visa Validity : 60 days / 1 years ( Visa validity is provided as per sole decision of Singapore Immigration and as per travel history of the applicant ) .

Duration of Stay : 30 days maximum each entries .

Documents required for Singapore Business visa application for Indian passport holders : 

• Copy of  passport with minimum validity of  6 months.
• Copy of Old passport if with Singapore previous travel history .
• Studio copy of  photo – Specification 35 mm X 50 mm, 80% face focussed with both the ears visible, no wearing spectacles , no border, taken within 06 months, white back ground .
