SVP ( Skill Verification Program ) by PACC for Saudi Arabia
Saudi Skill Verification Program (SVP) is part of the Professional Accreditation program (PACC) by the Saudi Ministry of Human resources and Social Development as a part of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed to elevate the quality of recruitment and raising the efficiency of the Saudi market by attracting skilled expatriate to improve workforce quality and preventing unqualified labor from entering the job market.The Skill Verification certificate remains valid for five years from the date of issue. There are options to revalidate the certificate. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development issues the certificate upon successfully passing the Skill Verification test.
Eligibility to qualify for the Saudi Skill verification Program ( SVP ) 2025
To qualify for the Saudi SVP Test 2025, candidates must:
- Be applying for a listed trade job
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hold original ID (passport, Aadhar)
- Register on the Qiwa SVP platform
- Pass trade-specific theory & practical tests
What are the documents required for Skill verification program - Saudi SVP ?
Documents required to apply for SVP certificate are:
- Scan copy of academic certificate ( front and back page) which needs to be verified.
- Copy of photo with white background.
- Copy of passport ( front and back data page )
- Work experience details – specify years of experience.
- Copy of Saudi Job Offer (if available)
- Saudi VISA copy (if applicable).
Structure of SVP certificate exam
Saudi SVP certificate examination covers 2 stages :
Theoretical Exam – Covers:

- Basic job skills
Practical Exam – Assesses:
- Practical experience
