Travellerzdezire visa Facilitation and Tourism provides consultancy services related to travel and visa assistance. Our refund rules are transparent and designed to protect both the client and the company.
1. Consultancy & Service Fees
Fees paid to Travellerzdezire visa Facilitation and Tourism are for:
- Consultation
- Documentation support
- Processing guidance
- Appointment assistance
These fees are not visa fees.
2. Refund Eligibility
You MAY receive a refund if:
- No work has been initiated after payment.
- You request a refund within 24 hours of payment and before document collection begins.
You WILL NOT receive a refund if:
- Work on your case has started (consultation/documentation).
- Documents have been reviewed, processed, or submitted.
- You provided incomplete or incorrect information.
- Your visa is rejected by the embassy (we do not influence visa decisions).
- You change your travel plans after services begin.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
- Visa fees payable to embassies/VFS
- Travel insurance fees
- Flight or hotel booking fees (unless provider refunds)
Travellerzdezire visa Facilitation and Tourism cannot refund payments collected by 3rd-party agencies.
4. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days to the original payment method.
