Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (4600ft. /1400m)
On arrival at the Kathmandu International Airport you will be transferred to the hotel.

Day 2: In Kathmandu.
After a leisurely morning breakfast head out for sightseeing tour to Pashupatinath Temple, Boudha and Bhaktapur.
Pashupatinath Temple: The magnificent Pashupatinath temple with its astonishing architectural beauty is situated on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River. Dedicated to the Hindu God of Destruction, Lord Shiva, this temple is regarded as the most scared of all Lord Shiva temples. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the temple comprises of a richly ornamented pagoda that houses the sacred linga or phallic symbol of Lord Shiva.
Boudhanath Stupa is one of the most imposing landmarks of Kathmandu and is a center of Tibetan Buddhism. The stupa is built on a massive three level mandala style platform and is 36 meters (118 feet) in height. The base of the stupa is adorned with 108 small images of the Dhyani Amitabha Buddha and inset with prayer wheels. The ancient stupa is one of the largest in the world. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This afternoon visit to the ancient royal city of Bhaktapur, a 9th-century fortified town in the Kathmandu Valley and a home of medieval art and architecture. Tread along the cobbled pavements and marvel at the ancient architecture while watching today's bustling activity in the town square. Later return to your hotel where the remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 3: In Kathmandu
After a leisurely morning breakfast visit Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa.
Patan Durbar is a UNESCO world Heritage Site also known as Lalitpur- the city of artisans and a paradise of fine arts. Patan is enclosed within four stupas, built in 3rd century AD by Emperor Ashoka. In the heart of Patan, amidst the Patan marketplace lays the Patan durbar Square, an area filled with ancient palaces, pagoda temples, stone baths, Hindu and Buddhist statues, engravings and bronze cravings. The Palace of the Malla Kings is one of the highlights of Patan. The palace complex lays the stone temple of Lord Krishna, which was built in the 16th century AD. The royal Bath (known as Tushahity) is another showpiece of fine stone and bronze carving in the palace complex.
This afternoon you explore Kathmandu City. The city’s rich and varied cultural legacy began during the 14th century under the Malla Dynasty. Patronized by the nobility, Newar artisans constructed temples, monasteries and elaborate courtyards which are a fascinating architectural history of the city. Visit Durbar Square and Taleju Temple, with its gilded roofs. Stop at the House of the Living Goddess (Kumari). Walk through the bazaar and labyrinthine back streets of the old city.
Next, visit Swayambhunath, the oldest shrine in the world, established more than 2,500 years ago. Swayambhunath commands a superb view of the Kathmandu Valley. The four sides of this ancient structure are painted with the compassionate eyes of Buddha; between them, a mystical third eye symbolizes true wisdom.
